Dear Cursillo Community,
As we enter this new year, may it unfold for each of us under the gentle hand of God, filled with His abundant blessings and sustaining grace. With joyful and hope-filled hearts, we look forward to all that the Lord has prepared for us, especially as we begin our preparations for the upcoming Spring and Fall Cursillo weekends. May we continue to walk together, growing ever deeper in faith, strengthened in fellowship, and renewed in our call to loving service.
At Christmas, we were once again renewed by the greatest gift of all, our Lord Jesus Christ. And as with every true gift, the most meaningful way to give thanks is to receive it fully and to live it out. As Jesus reminds us in the Gospel of John, “You did not choose me, but I chose you” (John 15:16). What a beautiful and humbling reminder that each of us has been called by name and entrusted with a share in His work.
May this new year draw us closer to Christ and inspire us to respond generously to His call. God is so good, today and always.
Wishing you all a happy, holy, and blessed New Year.
Ultreya,
Patrick Cross
